Change Extraction Policy For Survival

I kinda agree because of the fact that some player usually "get lazy" when life support ran out and just fool around making the ones waiting on extraction a easy prey since you're left with 5 hp.....

The downside, however, is that individual extraction means if people are killed and left behind, that means mission failure and they get nothing. 40 minute session, all for nothing.

Then they should do not a individual extraction, but a "if one is safe, all are", for example if someone manage to get to extraction he/she leaves but everyone get mission complete either if they die or survive as well. Or do like on left 4 dead, that the end stage aka safe house while you're inside you're safe from enemies... idk lol i just think it's annoying to wait for people that are wayyyy to long from extraction, but i don't think they deserve a mission failed.

If life support runs out, people should be able to extract individually. That is all. 

I know a lot of people may oppose to this idea but I think the idea of this is great. You should be able to instantly extract when life support runs out. When life support is active and you have to leave, you can go to extraction wait 10 seconds and leave. This would no disturb the other players. It would also make teams more important and would make teamwork more rewarding and more fun. I hope this is actually implemented

Why not ditch the oxygen mechanic and replace it with a repair mechanic. The ship is damaged and we are keeping the reactor from overloading by going to different points and making repairs to sections. If integrity gets to zero it just means you can't continue the mission, the reactor is in meltdown, and you have to leave, as in, everyone has to leave.

 

What would the problem in that situation?

Better idea: Allow for individual extraction before O2 runs out, like in a Defense mission. So tired of that one guy that wants to leave 5 min in, or vice versa, the one guy trying to stay when everyone else wants to leave.
