Orokin Vault For Noobs?

Is there a way to get an Orokin Vault run if you're a noob (lvl 10 mag)? It's the only place I know that drops Orokin Ciphers.

To be extremely honest i would say at least get it to rank 30 and then get a few decent weapons so you don't drag the group behind. Most people who run vault runs have at least a fair amount of good weapons as they do rush through these vaults. If your main aim is to make Mirage i would say get a few frames in your arsenal before you aim for Mirage.

 

To summarize: Rank up a few things before jumping into vaults since the base level is 25-35, if you can easily kill them then by all means go to Recruitment and whisper the Vault Hosters.

ehh. how many is a few? I have the Nekros and Rhino bps, might take me a few days to get the resiurces though...
