Incubator Segment?

I have done all the prerequisite missions for Kubrow. I opened the quest in codex and have done everything. Now it's telling me to get the incubator segment but it's not telling me where to get it, what mission, what planet. Nothing is marked like the other segments are. 

 

Can someone please help and tell me where to find the incubator segment?

You are to obtain the Incubator Segment from the mission "Elara" from Jupiter. You can stay for 5 minutes, it will be a reward and then you extract.

 

Take note that you may have to log out and log back in for the segment to be installed into your incubator.
