Purchased Kubrow Starter Kit And I Didn't Get An Egg

Not to mention I never got any quest to get the segment for the bio lab in the ship...I bought the kubrow starter kit thinking i'd get anything to do with it, quest or something to lead me where to go just to find out I didn't get an egg from the kit when it says it contains an egg....

 

any suggestions?

Yes. Make a thread on the Bugs session or send a ticket to support. None of the players can help you with that.

have you activated the genetic foundry?

 

To do the Kubrow quest, first you need to kill Jackal for "Howl of the Kubrow" quest item and activate it in the codex then following the quest.

yeah i never got the power core and actually purchased second kubrow starter kit to get it , theres alot of glitches ,bugs and freezing going on?

I already did and nothing happened it's not there....

 

Also I'm really sorry I was worried about this issue and didn't think enough to go post in the bug section, my apologies.

 

No i haven't activated the genetic foundry, i didnt know how to...
