Overlapping Ui Elements And Scrolling Scaling

So I managed to find some kind of silly corner cases for the UI bugging out. The first is where the Codex image is "on top" of the market image as seen here. It's not that bad, just silly, but it should be addressed in some manner.

 

The second bug is when you manage to scroll too quickly for too long in the planet selection area, I haven't managed to duplicate it without my mouse in normal mode, but when freewheeling in just the right configuration, I get the planet label to start rapidly change size as shown here. Of course it's only a single frame, but in motion it's several of these labels overlapping.

Have noticed the codex bug also, agreed that its minor but its still a bug
