Elevator of Doom

I forget what mission we were on; I think it was Phoebe or something?

But anyway, a squad of 3 people including myself, we get on an elevator and start descending.

And then out of nowhere everything goes black. The game didn't crash, we could still move, but we couldn't see anything. Suddenly we're outside the map and falling into empty space, then we land in a hallway, except.. we're on top of the cieling, outside the actual area.

We managed to hop over a door and slide through the roof somehow to get back on solid ground, but it was a rather odd occurence, I'd never experienced something like it before.
