Radeon Gpu Clock And Memory Clock Is Maxing Out

Since Update 14, My Radeon HD 7770 2gb ghz edition GPU is having a problem with the GPU Clocking and Memory Clocking has been maxing out which is causing Warframe to lag out, and in some cases blue screen my PC. Before Update 14, I never had suck an issue. I even over clocked my GPU for a short time to test if that would stabilize it on my end but it didn't.

Since update 14, My gpu appears to be going over 80 degree Celsius while on the ship doing nothing even with medium settings, bloom off lightings off and before this update I usually only stayed around 70-75 degree Celsius at most with max settings, bloom off lightings on. 

 

I'm using gtx 275, there doesn't seem to be any lag or loss of fps (at least not that I noticed, I am constantly around 60 fps but under heavy load out, 30-40 fps or a lag spike hits for one second then resumes back to 60 fps) in my case as most people have reported but I do freeze for about 2-3 seconds right after I finish loading to start a mission.
