1) Foundry missing info: if you're going to craft an item it's good to know right away (a) how many of those items you already have and (b) the total mats you have so you can make decisions right away. These were specially useful to help you decide if you should craft more consumables or just wait some more.

Not entirely sure if it's the same issue as OP has, but I discovered that I don't have Mercury entirely unlocked (by reading extractor message, not looking at mission nodes btw).

So how do I unlock all nodes? I thought maybe I need to do Boethius, so I did that mission. Nope, Odin is still locked. So now I have no idea what to do next.

Another related issue is that this circular thing you have going on with mission nodes has pretty bad usability for the following reasons:

* Some nodes are hidden behind the planet (Apollodorus in this case) and therefore needs more complicated active twirling of the rings rather than moving mouse to a node and clicking.

* Some nodes are unreadable, because the text is skewed, upside down, distorted by effects and strange triangle lines in the background.

I have the same problem with Odin staying locked. I had everything unlocked before U14 deployed. I've played Boethius twice now with no results.
