I built the Negator as soon as I got the blueprint instead of waiting until after the Hijack mission, and now I can't get the quest to update and am entirely stalled on Prologue progress. Many of us veteran players made the same mistake; I'm still unsure if this actually locks out any rewards for us (it seems that, up to this point, we have everything unlocked). The current "fix"? Move on. Go defeat Jackal on Venus, then check your Codex. You can start the (frustratingly grindy) Kubrow mission from there, which causes Vor's Prize to be ignored.
