Always Getting Stuck

I've gotten stuck from my own doing but also from spawning on a player by getting stuck in a part of the map that the editer didn't close up. What I think would be nice is a /unstuck or /respawn. To stop people from abusing it have a 30 sec cooldown so people can't be jerks. I hope this gets seen by someone who can do something about it. I don't care about my win/loss count I'm just real tired of dropping out of games.

While playing I got knocked back by an enemy and fell into a hole (or off the map) and when I re-spawned in the exact spot I fell making a sort of infinite loop of spawning and then falling. I could not move or use any of my abilities (teleport). I didnt want to quit the mission because I picked up a rare mod and had to wait till the mission was completed by my team to finally break out of the loop. Can someone please fix this.
