Falling Through Map Then Spawn Dead

Playing normaly, well after the super long loading times, walked through a normal halway in akkad and then i fall through the map into blackness and then even after i abort mission and reaload into it i spawn dead at the spawn point, multiple times, lost out on a 11th storm mod T.T
