Incubator Question

So just now I have finally gotten all the requirements to get a Kubrow, though I got the egg before the Incubator Power Core. My question is: Do I have to add the Incubator Power Core? Nothing has seemingly changed since it's finished building in the foundry. And it seems like it should have. If someone could let me know if I did something wrong that'd be nice. Right now it's just an egg hovered on a platform, just spinning around. The power core didn't bring any changes and I would've thought it did.

are there 2 things moving either side of the dome that contains the egg? also did you build the power core? as the credit version of the core is only the BP

Darklycan, my bad, I never clicked on "Begin Incubation" I hadn't seen it there before.
