Paradoxbomb Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 1) I believe you start the quests from the Codex, just click on the Quest tab and select the one you want to start. 2) The Orokin ciphers come from opening vaults in the derelict, so hopefully the iffy connection issue won't make getting them hell for you like it was for me.
