Death Orbs Codex Scans

Hey like the pictues show Death Orbs are the last scan i need to finish my codex.

 

 

 

I ran some void mission earlier and scaned every trap i could find, but nothing counted torwards the Death orbs scans. I have 3 scans somehow, but i had them before i start running today.

I'm wondering what's going on with this codex entry as well.

 

I don't have a single scan for it in the codex menu but when I look at the spinning laser death orb with the scanner it says "Codex Entry Complete" and it's not highlighted at all (it's not orange or green, nothing) This happens for the death orb, the laser plate and the rotation plates on the spinning laser trap.

I can scan the stomping traps plate but that doesn't seem to count for anything.
