Foundry Built Key Can't Be Claimed

I've been building ODA keys for some time, but now i logged into the game and, as usual, an icon on the top right corner shows that something is ready to claim (the key i made). But when i'm on the "on progress" list:

 

 

Can't claim the key. And i also can't make another one, because the blueprint disappeared:

 

 

But for some reason the game believes i do have the blueprint, and now i can't re-purchase it:

 

 

I'm not sure its a personal bug or someone else is having this problem aswell.

Nevermind, my friend gave me his ODA key and that fixed it for me.
