I wanted to ask if anyone tested prism. I am still not sure if range and duration mods affect its blind explosion
I wanna take her to void because i think she is top damager right now(and probably will be after bug fixes) :P 
So i will take out sleight of hand for sure but if range and duration mods affect its blindness i will have to take it out as well

The blind does benefit from power range. I put a maxed Stretch on it while running only Streamline and the blind affected a much wider area.

Unsure about Duration however.

range yes, duration i don't know, however is extremely easy to test. first up, try her out with negative duration via fleeting expertise, try to note blind time, next, max duration via contnuity constitution and narrow minded. if there is a significant difference, you have your answer, if not, then you also have your answer.

Well i am pretty sure that duration doesnt actually cause i used maxed narrow minded and same effect :/
I dont even know how it will work out in void tho

cast time is huge as well
