Guest
So far, rushing an item in the Foundry cost a fixed price, which depended on the tier of the item as well as its building time. Rushing a clan room, however, cost a dynamically decreasing amount of platinum, depending on how much time is left. Applying the same mechanic to Foundry items could prove beneficial both to DE and to us Tenno. A win-win situation, so to say. Roughly speaking, a Warframe would cost 50p to rush at the 3 days mark, 35p at the 2 days mark, 20p at the 24 hours mark, 10p at 12h and so on up to a 5p minimum. Weapons that need 12/24h would have a slightly different scale, also with either a 5p or 2p cap. Not only would it offer a smarter rush opportunity, it would also open a much higher possibility that more people actually invest platinum into rushing things, especially closer towards the end of the building time. Players who didn't pay 50 platinum at the 3 day mark are very unlikely to pay the same amount in the last day of the build; however, many would be fine with giving up 20p to have that much desired Warframe one day earlier. Personally, I often find myself compelled to rush those last 6 hours of something, but hold back because of how unjustified the price would be after all this waiting. Would it have been fairly lower, I would've thrown my plat at it without second thought. I hope this idea is met well and creates a healthy debate whether this should exist or not.
