Chat Wont Load

hey guys i have absolutly now idea where to put this but i need to see if other poeple are having this issue or if its just my internet.

but i can get any of the chat rooms to load or even show up at all. i open the chat window and it just sits there loading and none of the tabs show up.

any ideas?

Chat is broken, the only thing visible in the chat box is the loading circle
