Skipped New Tutorial, Can't Do Quest Now?

I'm told that because I skipped the new tutorial, I can't progress in the first quest. I skipped it because I needed to quickly change my video options because I wanted to stream/record my first time doing it, assuming I could go back and select to do it at any time.

 

Is there an option to go back and do it? Or am I basically screwed out on this quest for now?

 

 

edit- To clarify, I didn't even unlock the quest. It's not even in the log.

Currently there is no option to repeat quests. I've been told there will be in the future, but not right now.
