Best Weapon For Taking Out Ancient Healers

With the latest changes, Ancient Healers now heal themselves for damage caused to nearby infested, meaning no more wildly firing missiles at a group until they stop screaming.  In that case, what's the best primary weapon for taking them out?  I currently have an angstrum to handle everything else, so I just need a primary to snipe healers.  I'm thinking Boltor Prime, but I don't know for sure....

I use Dread mostly. It one-shots them until pretty high levels.
