Where Can We Discuss The New Interface Design?

Hi, PS4 player with a secondary PC presence here.

 

 

So, long story short, I'm seeing a lot of new design elements in the interface and menus in the Update 14 on PC that seem like they should be discussed before making their way to the PS4, and I'm betting that discussion is happening somewhere.

 

So, where?

 

 

And if it's not being discussed somewhere, can it be discussed?  Because seriously, these skewed menu views are going to drive me nuts and the new Mods menus are kind of a disaster, and they'll be more of one in the mouse-less input common on the PS4.

 

There are discussions and feedback that kind of need to happen sooner than later.
