This is a Free-to-Play game, but if someone with disposable income wants to dump some extra cash to buy a better starter weapon, I don't understand why they shouldn't be able to. Was the fix for getting other kubrow's mods, and you always have to find the second mod, or did you just not update the database for the affected players? You spent your plat knowing exactly what you were spending it on. just because they take the option away dose not give you a reason for a refund. If you buy something from any store then they discontinue it would you ask for a refund then? if you did every employee in that store would laugh at you.
