You didn't lose anything that wasn't by your choice. You CHOSE to spend the platinum, and DE didn't take away the result of your last scramble. Your kubrow should look exactly how it did after your last scramble. There was no loss, therefore there does not need to be a refund/compensation. DE gives an inch, you guys attempt to take a mile. False dilemma here. But betas I've been in normally cared for their players/testers and provided them with perks or real pay. Because they've been investing in their fan base rather that trying to get 50 cents from them. Either way, I don't care about beta status. If real money is in play, then the stuff is always serious. This isn't the Kubrow Exodus, we spent money on a system that specifically says it'll randomize our Kubrow's appearance knowing full well what'll happen. Now they took the scramblers away, but you still have that Kubrow color, yet you want a refund? This makes no sense any way you put it. Feel free to reset my color back to default since what I did was spend plat to get back my original color after testing a feature that didn't have any information provided with it. Exactly, I posted in the update thread that they got exactly what they asked for, a scrambler, which by its very definition alone, means random. Meaning you got exactly what you paid for, maybe not what you wanted, but you rolled the proverbial dice. A refund after the fact? If it remains random but you cannot get the same colour again, you're likely not to get a full refund, or even partial. If they make 100% chance colour palettes for doges (like we have for everything else), I'd say a refund would be wise, it's bad PR to do otherwise, either that or allowing access to said colours palettes. I, and many other people made threads giving legitimate reasons why the scrambling should be removed and/or changed. You got what you payed for. Deal with it. Actually unlike others I didnt get what I paid for since my Kubrow was super glitched AFTER I WAS DONE SCRAMBLING. I scrambled the hell out of my Kubrow and it was pretty as hell... it looked all fine during my first mission...I had what I paid for...then after 1 mission it suddenly changed bodytype and color...essentially robbing me of my platinum....yet support doesn't even bother. (so basically I paid a lot of platinum for a fur that I could enjoy for 1 mission before it just disappeared without a trace) I'm not fast to demand refunds...but in my case I almost feel entitled to since I was pretty much swindled...but hey...that's just me. Still...I do think even the people that didn't get glitched while scrambling...many got the short end of the stick due to RNG...a refund would probably be a good thing. Typing in red does not make your case any stronger. If you failed to notice this is a thread and it is getting support asking for refunds for testing a fail system. Right now they are discussing the system and if changes should / will be made. Let them have that discussion first and see what they come up with before people start making claims on what they should or should not do. If you dislike the decision after it has been made, that is the time for feedback. Please keep things civil but most of all, please be patient. Locking thread to avoid flaming.
