What do you do when you run out of bullets and the corpus head is already dead? The wiki says that the corpus one should be taken down first because it's the most deadly, but it also spawns infested that can drop ammo.

-Bring gear with better ammo efficiency

-Bring alternate gear that can handle the job if you run out of ammo (good efficiency secondary, throwing melee etc.)

-Bring ammo restores

You just need to be prepared is all. I made the mistake of bringing just the Ignis once because I didn't check my equipment and had to fight him for 40mins

Hold F and then press E as fast as you can agaist the infested guys.

take rhino/nova/exca all of them can stun it, when stuned use an Accurate[soma/karaka/synapse if with loki for extra range] weapon to shoot the heads /repeat

Or not, I just tried it after .07 patch and they Fixed it so the heads are not stunable for as long as they used to be.  Plus you now get all three heads during the first phase.

 

So now tactic is take a team

Make your Conclave level as low as possible, then it'll be a lower level and take less bullets to kill.

Bring a Soma, ammo replenishing consumables, run/leap around to prevent mobs to swarm on you.  High Shields are recommended.

It is easily soloable with rhino.

Go try it since the update, its back to the bad old days of high Armour from damage 1.0 .  Each head has that much health you run out of ammo.  It used to be soloable but without lots of ammo drops and luck, its not.

I've been farming it with a Dread using Ammo Mut and a Rhino Prime with efficiency+rage+equilibrium
