Completely Remove Power Insta-Drain

There is nothing fun or tactical about the instant power drain ability. Even on bosses and eximuses, it adds nothing to gameplay as there is no way to figure out when it will happen or to avoid it, completely removing the skill element. Also, the enemies that can do this are frankly some of the few I actually use powers against as they are the hardest to beat, so having them instantly drain energy is infuriating. I'm not quite sure what the best solution to this problem is, but one of the simplest would be to replace the instant drain with a temporary drain aura like the one found on energy leach eximuses as that would result in a risk vs reward situation when deciding whether or not to rush them and use an ability (assuming the ability is a relatively short range one).
