ClockworkSpectre Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 It seems as though absorb can't be used to provide cover anymore either. It seems like it only blocks damage targeted directly at your frame or AoE that would hit you. If this was intended absorb completely lost its utility. No it is resistant to magnetic, not unaffected. It should be blocking all attacks still, but is not. When you detonate absorb it does magnetic damage, and it was possible to chain absorbs, so they made it resistant.
