I plan getting the full new player expedience so i can help others through it and get to try it out. My question is will the breeading grounds event be postponed a bit for those trying the new experience. Or will we get U13.8 first then 14. I would not count on it too soon considering some of the bugs the PC is still having. I would say they are still getting the build ready with current changes and then are adding the patches as the PC side comes out with them. I would not count on the build until a little while after the PC bugs are ironed out and then the normal 1 - 2 weeks wait on cert from sony if everything passes the first time. And no, you were not mistaken, we are jumping straight to update 14. Update 13.8 will be bundled in! I doubt DE would ship U14 in it's current (or slightly improved state) lest it even pass cert in its current condition. I'd rather wait longer for a stable version of U14 than be stonewalled into a broken version of the game for a month or so while we wait for a giant fix to pass through Sony's cert.
