Will Migration Undo Progress?

Real quick question.
Say I've more progress completed on ps4 account than the pc, will migrating the account undo all the work I've done on the ps4 version?  Having given up on migration becoming available long long ago I've made a decent bit of progress on my account and don't want to lose the frames and mods I've worked hard to unlock.

Actually I don't mind unlocking the paths again, just want to know if i'll lose the frames and mods I've earned in the ps4 version.

It will undo the your PS4 account, but everything you unlocked on the PC will be there. You will lose everything.
