0Pinger
Doing a PC clean up and noticed that F.TextureDx9.cache is heavily fragmented, seeing as it has no Dx11 equivalent I assume that the game uses it as well when in DX11 mode. So a heavily fragmented file 3.4 gig in size to me says smoke, is there a fire DE?
Tails-san
Then run a defrag? This is a matter of how the file is saved onto your computer, and thus is something fixed on your end.

Tails-san
Fragmentation happens during patching. This is because fragmentation occurs due to the way that computers write data to the hard disk. During patches, changes occur to the file, which can cause it to become fragmented, due to space adjacent to the existing parts of the file on disk being taken up by other data, so it writes to wherever there is open space. This results in different parts of the file being located in several different locations, which is what fragmentation is.
