Freezing After Bleedout In Rails

Anyone else besides me getting freezes after you get knocked down during pvp in Rails?

 

I am able to talk and zoom in with my pistol but everything is froze.

 

I have to alt F4 or tab out and Force close Warframe.

 

This only happens during Rails run not when im doing pve stuff.

 

You can see in the second screen shot it happened to a team mate also. he has shields but no health like i do.
