NeyoWargear Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 First you must kill the Jackal. Then you will get the Howl of the Kubrow Quest. After returning to your ship, go to your Codex, Quests, Howl of the Kubrow, bottom right BEGIN. Then, Lotus will tell you what you need to do. Have fun out there!
