What I Want From Imprinting: Control

I'll be brief.

 

I want imprinting to allow me to choose the traits I want from each imprint.  Options are:

• Fur Pattern
  
• Fur Color
  
• Body Type
  
• Eye Color
  
• Species/Breed
  

 

Leaving gender as the only random element. Currently I cannot bring myself to invest in this system even though I'd like to because the randomness is overwhelming. If I buy a cool imprint off of someone I'd like to be able to use it to get what I'm looking for.  I think this would encourage people to collect, rather than encourage them to keep trying or give up out of frustration.
