Trinity First Ability

Soo I just got trinity and its all cool I Like her But I dunno if there is any problem with its first ability, every time I use it and kill the enemy it just doesn't let me use it again, it tells me "Ability in Use", so it doesn't let me cast it, I tried in 2 games and happen the same, is this how it should work? or is a glitch or something?

It's a glitch.  You should be able to recast Well of Life the moment the enemy affected by it dies.

I know of one circumstance that always causes that glitch on WoL and MC - if the enemy you've targeted dies after you hit the abilitiy key but before it affects the enemy. The game registers the skill in use but never sees an afflicted enemy die or the timer expire, so it's constantly in use forever after. AFAIK you need to burn a revive to fix it.
