Rank 5 To 6 Test.

So yesterday i got to the point where i was able to do the mission to get rank 6, it was going well till i got to the 3rd part of the mission, when i got there, the orbs weren't glowing at all, couldn't see anything happen, time just ran out and of course i failed the test, i made a ticket and hoped for the best but it seems they're pretty busy right now, today i tried to do the test again and the bug was a bit different, i couldn't see the glowing orbs this time but i could see the light moving around, i tried shooting where it ended but since there was no orbs it was pretty difficult, and ended up failing the test again, has anyone experienced this problem? any workaround while they answer the ticket?

same happend to me on rank 13 test except no enemies spawned
