Cache Could Not Be Updated....

i was loading the game launcher and during the update check my computer restarted itself for unknown reasons.

 

after letting it reboot i tried to load the game again only to get the large error starting with:

 

the cache could not be updated. Another program (or copy of the game) may be using (whatever the steam warframe cache file is called)

 

so i decided to verify my game files and upon doing so it said i was missing 177 of them and now i have to re-download 4 gigs of files. i have no idea if that will fix my problem or not so if they are any other things to help with the cache file issue please share.
