Warframe Quests - How Do They Work?

I recently submitted a support ticket asking what would be done for players that could not do Catalyst Livestream Alert due to long standing bug and got a reply from support stating..

 

"This event was kept up for 48 hours and players stuck on the quest would have had the opportunity to switch their current quests to the Mirage quest and restore the ability to run the alert or be invited to other players alert missions, so unfortunately we are not able to compensate players who missed out on this alert."

 

This answer brings up a few points / issues

 

1 - You can only have one active Warframe Quest at a time?

 

2 - Does switching your active Quest lose your current progress in the quest?

 

3 - There is no way to change the status of a ticket once support flags it as "solved"

 

4 - Something unrelated but observed recently, when did DE turn off the ability to see who and how many people are reading the current thread you are reading?

I can answer this. It has been very buggy the last month or so. It has bugged out completely at this point or it is just too unreliable so they removed it.
