Doubt On Prime Time

Hey guys i have just some questions about the prime time.

Everytime when there is prime time I'm connected on the twitch tv . I have seen that every time devs give some ap prize , but i don't understand how the lucky one is chosen. He/she is chosen among the players online in the game ? or among the guys who are connected on twitch? 

And if the last one is right, how is he chosen? And if I have the luck to be chosen , how do i claim the prize?

Well if you on the twitch page, and you somehow win 1/7000 chance, you can message the Warframe Twitch page your PSN/PC id  :)

All you need to do is to be logged on to Twitch, following the channel, and watching the stream. I'm also going to debunk a popular myth here - spamming the chat is not required to be eligible for the prizes.
