Nithanzanithan Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 Hello, i do not know if it is just me but it seems like abilities after U14 seem to toggle slower than usual, with natural talent. Not sure if this is a bug or an intended fix because i never saw anything in the change logs about the tweaking of ability cast times. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
