T4 Primary Guns

I usually use my potato/forma Boltor Prime/Soma/Penta but I got kind of bored of them.

What other weapons should I get that are worth formas and potato in T4 games?

Just in case, I just finished making Phage and Amprex, should I go with one of these?

Boar Prime. Best burst DPS in the game.

Yup, love dread working on formaing it. Have vectis too but don't have chamber mods so didn't really like it

Phage and Amprex work well - while leveling the latter, consider if you like the AoE-for-more-ammo-used effect; if not, try the Synapse.

 

Latron Prime and Sybaris work well for marksman rifles (aim for the head)

 

Paris Prime does better than Dread unless you're using 3-4x CP auras

 

Drakgoon is a much more ammo efficient shotgun and works pretty well.

 

Ogris works much like Penta but longer range, great for defenses.

Latron and Paris prime both deal primarily Puncture damage, which is amplified against Gunners. Phage deals Viral, which receives a bonus as well, and has a very useful proc.
