Dark Sector Loading Bug

So it says this message when I try to get online. Its not my internet because right after this I played on another map. It happens alot

Also I sometimes get an endless loading screen after it says no players found, I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete the game

 

Edit: also sometimes when i play as ash I spawn as excal with no weapons. Then after about 30 seconds it turns back to ash but he has no head (this happenned yesterday
