It has to do with a general texture and light tinting bug in the Warframe graphical engine, that swaps the colors blue and yellow. Don't believe me? Look at reflective surfaces like water, reflective tiles, sky boxes, the Tenno Lab, Orokin Lab, Nav Coordinate resources. It's because of the wrong colors tinting the Kubrow fur that they end up with wacky fur patterns. Iophiel Posted July 28, 2014 Author Share Posted July 28, 2014 I have (obviously) since starting this realized exactly what happened to my Kubrow and with two of my others the color saturation is an improvement. But it seems somewhat unfair to loose the Scrambler then change the colors both of which happened with no notice. The scrambler was only up for about 48 hours, I can't imagine what feedback could have made them remove it completely but never put it back despite what appears to be the overwhelming amount of people who want it or something very like it back. They game us the free Gamma color set which is basically the classic colors unsaturated they need to provide a similar band-aid to the Kubrow color issue. It was under "Genetic Tools" tab and stated, "Use a Pattern Scrambler to generate new fur and color attributes for your Kubrow." The player didn't purchase the Scrambler. It was available by default. The video was posted on July 19th. Hey DE, Is this something you removed from the release? Why? If not, why does my Kubrow not have this by default? Why can't I find this on the market? How can I get one? I think the other posters above would also like to have the ability to customize our Kubrow colors. Please put this back. Epicdudemanguy Posted August 2, 2014 Share Posted August 2, 2014 I had a problem like this, I named my snow white Kubrow Snowball.
