While they where once used by the orokin, there I dont think there is a "Prime version" of a LIVING CREATURE that you can build (wyrm prime is an organic robot of sorts, so it having a prime makes sense since its not a fully living creature). I think the only way to add prime to kubrows, is if DE adds Kubrow prime armor. Since the kubrows cant have a prime versions of themselves, the only thing next is to think that the orokin must have add armor to add to their kubrows to help them in battle. The tenno adopted the braton as their main rifle because it was the best option at the time of waking up. Therefore, there is both braton prime, and braton vandel.
