Missing Stasis Slots

yesterday after update I had 1 reserved and two empty. now I have one reserved and one empty.

Aren't we supposed to have a total of 4?

Can't take a screen shot 'cause I started incubating a new egg right after finding out a slot or two were missing.
Can't send a support ticket either 'cause servers are overloaded so I'm posting here.

You're supposed to start with 2, not 4. Also this:

It's been confirmed (I think) to be a bug and is being looked into.
