How Much Buff Did Infested Get?

Question

I used to survive to about wave 50 using only melee (solo) with infested dark sectors (usually sinai or eris). Now after the update, I get to level 10 and am absolutely buggered from button mashing. I am using maxed mirage, with house of mirrors and eclipse, max DPS orthos prime with life steal and elementals (corrosive), yet the big ones are so strong and so many of them!  wave 10 now feels like about wave 40-45 it feels like such a huge jump. I also have maxed kubrow with bite, maul etc and even he is struggling. Anyone else notice this? Not whinging about the challenge, but more like the buff needs to be more staggered over the waves. The difference from 5 - 10 is massive.

Using power sipping frames like mirage become useless. My mirage has a power supply of 495 and a bunch of 5 disruptors grapple and drain your entire supply. Goodbye eclipse or HoM therefore melee is useless and her squishyness gets her killed. This is on wave 10. Those 1000ft high green ancients take about two karak clips as opposed to half a one and come in bunches of 5! I'm all up for a challenge and have put in the hours to know what I'm doing, but how are newbies going to even get past wave 5? Even my 6 formad penta with max blast and corrosive dmg suffers at wave 10. Silly.

Im ok with the buff. Except I think the aura needs to be nerfed. I find myself without energy for the rest of a defense mission if im not rhino. Disruptors should have no aura they themselves should be the only ones able to disrupt when they touch you. Its just to much to deal with. I think they will still be deadly without the disruptors having god powers.

You get bonus XP from Parasite Eximus Ancients or Runners (Along with they spawn in hordes now at higher levels), Ancient Disruptors have a scropoin like abilite with magnetic damage, and a aura that buffs near by infested to do little more damage and take a little energy on hit. Healers have a healing buff like trinitys ability like blessing, so there is damage reducation. Toxic Ancients do toxic damage when they pull you. And the pull is longer range on the ancients in U14. Along with the damage buff, which is stronger on infested and the toxic damage the osperys do.

we need this on ps4 now urgently infested are to easy they are like ragdolls at wave 50 its really sad they should be stronger

okay, when you're knocked down by every ancient you see because of their stupid grappling hooks, you'll regret what you just said.

Considerable buffs.

 

They're a real threat. Possibly a bit too much.

 

The range on ancient grappling is kinda clownshoes. These guys have a similar range to a flux rifle. That's...a bit much. And when they travel in packs, it gets way out of hand way fast.
