Cant Login (Network Error)

hello! ive tried to logg in today but i cant. I got full internet connection and every game that needs internet connection works for me except warframe. every time i try to logg in it stands network error which i find strange due the fact that my internet works totally fine.

 

anyone who can help me on this problem?

 

(i wont restart my router beacuse of this)
