The only thing that ticks me off about that is that they set it to 9%. 

 

Why do they have to set it at such a weird number? Why not 8% or 10%.? It is nice, even and divisible by a lot more factors.

I wouldn't. I'm boycotting it at this rate.

Highly suspicious that the DDoS attacks started shortly after deployment, and then coincidentally ended when the conflict was finished, resulting in ICE's victory over Space Confederation.

I'm with this guy. He made a topic like I did, and they died like the rest. How come Eclipse topics were never deleted?
