I Haven't Played Since Nova Was The Last New Release.. What Have I Missed?

Necros, Valkr etc weren't even out or I don't think, were even talked about yet.

 

When I played I mained Rhino and just smashed the **** out of things with the AoE on the waves runs for materials etc.

 

Has the game changed much in that aspect? Dojo still the place you need to make everything? Is there a list of the major things I've missed?
