Still damage the cryopod and also kill your kubrow? Penta doesn't do this, but after u14 ogrid became useless on defense and kubrow. Has this been fixed?

It's not the Ogris at all.

 

Its the Suicide infested you are killing multiple at once, which explode on their death, which affect the pod in turn.

 

In a nutshell:

 

You are forced to do melee now, which has it's limits.

Suicide Infested (Volatile Infested) SHOULD NOT EXPLODE WHEN BEING KILLED, except they want to do.

Otherwise they won't be suicidal. Someone which is dead can't kill himself.

Or you can CC the enemy further away from the pod.

 

This is how it used to be, bullet/etc. weapons make the runners explode while melee and "clean killing" weapons like bows or kunai don't.

They explode when killed by non-melee. That includes warframe abilities and yes it's obnoxious as heck. The hitboxes on sentinels is far, far too large when calculating the range of volatile runners. Vauban's bastille has a rather functional use in defenses right now IMO.

Ogris should not kill your kubrow, i use mirage and ogris sometimes to blow everything up while leveling a kubrow, doesnt affect him, after the most recent patch, along with torid no longer hurts you or teammates like it use too.

 

EDIT: Orgis can still kill you, and penta. Just not kubrow :)
