Can't Take The Ruebedo Rhino Skin From Steam Inventory?

Hey guys, someone gave me one of those steam skins for rhino, and I can't really activate it?  I went to the website and pressed "Verify in-game Steam economy items" but it took me to a page and said this:

Checking sku 1000

Skin not owned 

Checking sku 1001

Skin not owned 

Checking sku 1002

Skin not owned 

Checking sku 1003

Skin not owned 

Checking sku 1004

Skin not owned 

Checking sku 1005

Skin not owned 

Skin not owned 

 

Does anyone know the problem and how to fix it?

You have to sell it at a reasonable price, then it is removed from steam inventory and if you want it activate it, then you go to warframe and its there

is your steam account linked to your warframe account? If yes, it should be in the skins for Rhino in game. If not, something is wrong.

How do I link it?  I've had the account for a 1 year and 4 months, so not sure if it is or isn't linked.  If Steam is supposed to ask, then I've never gotten the message
