I Cannot Access My Arsenal

So, this has been happening for a while now.

Decided to play the prologue when U14 hitted. Thing is, the arsenal segment never did show up during Vor's Prize, and I'm currently without access to my arsenal.

Somewhere between the first and the tenth hotfix, I saw that the problems regarding UI and quests in general were resolved, yet I still can't use my arsenal. Which means I am stuck with my pre-14 loadout, cannot equip or change weapons, mods, frames, itens, nothing. And it's hindering me heavily, because I simply cannot access higher level missions with my current loadout, and for the same motive, can't finish Howl of the Kubrow even though I have a mature one already.

I don't want to sound like one of those angry, barking players who come around and insult everyone, but Warframe is the only MMO I play, I've been around ever since closed beta, I have a founder account, and not being able to play decently at all for almost two entire weeks has been driving me pretty mad.

Please, help me.

Yea, the work around for that was to restart, if it's stuck like this support is your only option

I were able to finish the quest. Only the arsenal segment never did show up at all. Everything is functional, except arsenal.

I have this exact same problem, made a support ticket 4 Days Ago, still no response. I think the easiest way to fix this would be to add a restart quest function, I honestly wouldn't mind doing the quest again if it meant I'd be able to use everything this time.

I have a similar problem though not exactly the same. I can access my arsenal just fine but I can't see anything in my Mods or my foundry. Also, when I hit escape, I don't see anything. I'm also stuck with my pre-14 loadouts. I'll keep trying to get through to support.
